At Café Diva, we present a series of seasonal parfaits crafted with the finest fruits of the moment. Beginning February 15, we are delighted to introduce the Amaou Strawberry Parfait with Lavender Aroma.

This elegant creation layers fragrant yogurt-lavender gelato with rich Amaou strawberry and guava gelato, complemented by a refined lavender-vanilla diplomat cream. A champagne jelly infused with lavender vinegar adds a refreshing, sparkling finish, bringing depth and sophistication to every spoonful.

The delicate harmony of aroma, sweetness, and gentle acidity offers a springtime indulgence that is both uplifting and serene.
